Terms Of Service Guidelines for Full Page advertisements · One Breed per page, if you wish to list multiple Breeds please contact us for super low multiple ad packages · Pages can be searched by potential buyers by BREED, STATE OR OTHER KEYWORD contained in the text of any and all advertisement(s) · Photos: you may have up to 3 photos and or graphics, Photos may be 3 inches by 3 inches. Graphics sizes may vary. · Text may be up to 1000 words · Advertisement content: you may use your page to showcase your Kennel, breeding program and stud service · Advertisements are place in alphabetical order according to breeder login name · Technical support: We have step by step directions pages which make managing your page easy! If there is anything else you need we are here to help you if you need assistance with your personal page just contact us · Initial set up - Photos: We will assist you if you would like with uploading photos on the initial set up. You may email photos to us in the form of jpg, or gif. And we will upload them for you at no charge. · Initial set up - text: We will assist you if you would like with the text for you page. You may email us with the text you wish and we will cut and paste it into the page for you. · Scanning: We will scan and upload any pictures that you would like. There will be no cost for the initial set up with pictures we scan for you. Future picture changes that we make for you via scanning will be a charged at $10.00 per photo. For photo scanning, please mail your picture(s) to: MyDogSearch.com, 7652 South 2050 East, UT 84405. If you want the picture(s) back please include a self-addressed stamped envelope for the return of the photo(s) Refund Policy Full Refund: You may cancel your advertisement up to three (3) days after placing it and still receive a full refund. Partial Refund: You may cancel your advertisement up to seven (7) days after placing it and receive a partial refund of 50% of the original cost of the advertisement. No Refund: Any advertisement page canceled after eight(8) days from the original purchase date will not be entitled to a refund of any kind no monies will be returned. Refunds Full or Partial will be made to customers by check via the us mail. Refund checks will be mailed within 2 weeks of refund request. Advertisement Renewal MyDogSearch.com automatically renews breeder advertisement pages. Breeders will be notified via email prior to their anniversary date before billing occurs. If the breeder wishes to cancel the advertising page at that time no charges will take place. If the breeder wishes to continue or does not respond to the email the annual or semi-annual amount for the advertising page will be charged. Canceling/Removing Existing Advertisements - You may remove your ad via email request, please go to Contact us and let us know you wish to have your advertisement removed. Requests via email will be processed within 72 hours. Should you change your mind and wish to keep your profile active you will need to contact us within 72 hours from your original request. Any requests received after the 72 hour time period will require you to purchase a new advertisement profile and re-submit the advertisement information. *any and all photo(s) submitted to or used on MyDogSearch.com become the property of MyDogSearch.com LLC and may be used on any of our website(s) without further permission or consent.
